For clients who need additional job-specific work, we provide a custom turn-key package built around those needs — concrete floor cleaning and preparation before, during, and after remediation; concrete repair and joint filling; slip resistance and texture grinding. These add-on services are designed specifically for your project.
Contractor, one mobilization, one point of accountability
Years across every level of concrete construction
Million square feet remediated
Most floor projects do not stop at the grinder. There is cleaning to do before the work starts and after it finishes. There are joints to fill and repairs to make. There is a finish texture the operation actually needs. And there is usually a schedule that does not allow for three separate contractors mobilizing three separate times.
Superflat packages that work into a single scope with a single point of accountability. You get one contractor who already knows the floor — because we measured it — handling everything the slab needs to be turned over ready for use.
“We are truly impressed by your dedication to getting everything not only completed, but finished, cleaned, and back in service beyond our expectations.”

Pick what your project needs. We’ll price and phase it as one package.
Before, during, and after remediation. Grinding generates material that has to be managed, and the surface has to be clean and sound before any subsequent treatment goes down. We handle cleaning as part of the work rather than as somebody else’s problem.
Curled and spalled joints, cracks, saw cuts, and damaged edges all undermine a corrected floor and take a beating from material handling equipment. We repair and fill so the finished surface is continuous and durable, not just flat.
The right surface texture depends on what runs on it — wheel grip for equipment, slip resistance in pedestrian routes and transition zones, and consistency across corrected and uncorrected areas. We finish to intended use.
For projects still in the early stages, we measure the site and build a custom logistics plan so construction starts off on a level foot — before there is anything to remediate.
If tile, resin, or another finish is going down, the substrate profile determines whether it succeeds. We prepare the slab to the profile the coating system requires.
Nights, weekends, and zone-by-zone phasing around live operations. Our crews are used to working in occupied buildings without interrupting them.
Looking for concrete chemical solutions? Our chemical work — including solutions developed around the complex challenges of 1L Portland cement — is covered under Superflat Chemical Solutions, where our consulting team works directly with your ready-mix provider and placement contractor.
Start with the problem, not the service list.
What is going into the building, what is in the way, and when it has to be finished.
We measure the floor and identify everything that will affect the outcome, including the things that were not in the original scope.
A transparent breakdown of the costs and schedule associated with each phase of the project. No hidden line items.
Around your operations, your other trades, and your turnover date.
Every phase, one crew, one accountability chain.
Documented, verified, cleaned, and back in service.
We like to keep things simple: do the job right, do the job on time, do the job on budget. That model is what got us here, and we aren’t changing it.

Yes — that is the most common way clients use them. Bundling means one mobilization, one schedule, and one contractor answering for the finished floor.
Yes. If the floor does not need grinding but does need cleaning, repair, joint filling, or texture work, we will scope that on its own.
Yes. We phase work around live facilities and run nights and weekends where that suits the building. Clients regularly tell us there was no interruption to work in the facility while we were on site.
Large or small. Our team has completed millions of square feet of precision work for companies including Amazon, AutoStore, KPI, Target, Ryan Companies, Whiting-Turner, Baker, and Lithko — and we take single-building jobs just as seriously.
Ask. This page describes the work we are asked for most often, not the limit of what we do. If it involves a finished concrete floor, start the conversation.
Describe the project and the deadline. We’ll build the package around it.
